Please see the reference photos sheet.  You send me clear photos from front, three-quarter side and profile (not smiling). Write down the hair and eye color since photos aren’t always accurate.  I will copy your photos of the face & head and the photos of the hair-do, outfit (dress, pants, shoes, etc.). I copy what I can see; that’s why clear photos are important. I will let you know via e-mail that I received your photos, and we will discuss what you want included in the piece.  If there is no significant “back log”, work should start and be completed in four-five weeks.

Payment: Payments can be made by check or money order.

Damage & Returns: If the item is damaged in shipping, it can be returned, and the piece can be done again.  If you wish to return the piece for any reason, there is a complete refund if it is returned within two weeks from the date that you received it, no questions asked.

Shipping:  I pay the shipping via UPS.  It is insured and has a tracking number.
